STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

 

Quality Policy Statement

The established quality policy at Contract Care Agency is to provide services to our clients of a high quality and wherever possible, conforming to their requirements.

Our total commitment to quality includes the continual review and refinement of our Office and Management systems to minimise complaints and deficiencies.

The total and ultimate responsibility for quality rests with the Directors, but all agency staff have a role to play in achieving our quality objectives and are advised of their responsibility and involvement thereto.

Response Time

The Agency endeavours to respond either way within 24 hours or sooner if possible. if required a time limit can be agreed.

Procedures

In order that the contract Care Nursing Agency’s professional reputation is maintained the service provided is monitored to ensure that it complies with the clients’ requirements.

a)  Verbally: Discussion with the Matron/Managers & clients to ensure that the service provided is satisfactory

b)  Written: A questionnaire is sent to service users / clients to monitor the effectiveness of the Agency.

Qualifications/ Experience, 14 years of healthcare management as Managing Director of Contract care agency LTD, also a working Director of W. M. Healthcare management LTD, an advisory management company for care homes since 2001. I am working towards the NVQ level 4 in management.

On the 14/11/2002 we gained The Investors In People Award, and are now working towards the ISO 9000 award.

Registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection. We supply Qualified nurses, to Care Assistants in nursing homes, residential homes, specialist units, hospitals.

The complaints process

If any client or agency staff has cause to complain concerning Contract Care please contact:

The complaint must be made in writing to one of the above persons and sent to the address below:

The complaint will be thoroughly investigated by one of the above named persons.

All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days, a written record maintained with full and accurate details and outcome completed within 28 days.

All nursing staff will be informed of any complaint relating against themselves.

A procedure is in place for reporting nurses to the N.M.C. where there is evidence of misconduct.
